2. Scope of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website and establish the general framework of the relationship between the Company and its Clients with respect to the Services provided.
Projects and Services that are subject to specific contractual arrangements shall be governed by the applicable technical and financial proposal, contract, agreement, purchase order, and any other documents approved by both parties.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the provisions of a specific contract or agreement, the provisions of the specific contract or agreement shall prevail with respect to the relevant Project.

5. Quotations and Contracting
The prices of Services and Projects are determined based on the nature, scope, and requirements of each Project.
The final price shall be specified in the Company's approved financial quotation and may, depending on the nature of the Project, include costs related to software, licenses, hardware, equipment, implementation, installation, integration, training, technical support, maintenance, and other related Services.
A quotation shall be valid and binding in accordance with the validity period and terms stated therein. A Client's request shall not be considered confirmed until the applicable contracting procedures have been completed, a purchase order has been issued, or the quotation has been accepted in accordance with the agreed procedure.
6. Project Implementation Period
The estimated implementation period for each Project shall be determined based on its scope of work, technical requirements, required approvals, Client dependencies, availability of hardware, software, licenses, and other factors related to the Project.
The implementation schedule may be adjusted in the event of changes to the scope of work, delays by the Client in providing required information, approvals, access, or other necessary requirements, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
7. Client Obligations
The Client shall provide, in a timely manner, all information, data, documents, access permissions, approvals, and requirements necessary for the provision and implementation of the Services.
The Client shall also cooperate with the Company's project team and designate authorized representatives who are responsible for providing approvals and making decisions related to the Project.
If any delay in providing the required information, approvals, access, or other requirements is attributable to the Client, such delay may affect the Project implementation schedule in accordance with the terms agreed between the parties.
8. Changes to the Project Scope
Any additional requests or material changes to the agreed scope of work may require a new technical and financial assessment.
Additional work shall not be considered part of the original Project scope unless it has been approved by both parties in accordance with the agreed procedure.
9. Payments and Invoicing
Payment terms and schedules shall be governed by the terms specified in the approved financial quotation, contract, or agreement.
The Client shall comply with the agreed payment deadlines.
Failure to make payments when due may result in the suspension of certain works or Services, subject to the applicable contractual terms and laws and regulations.
10. Intellectual Property

The Company shall not be responsible for changes to the policies, pricing, licensing terms, availability, or functionality of third-party services, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and the agreements entered into with the Client.
12. Hardware and Equipment
Where hardware, equipment, or technology products are supplied as part of a Project, their specifications, quantities, prices, and warranties shall be determined in the approved quotation, contract, agreement, or invoice.
Products shall be subject to the warranties provided by their manufacturers or suppliers, in addition to any additional warranty expressly provided by AIT under the applicable Project terms.
13. Technical Support and Maintenance
Technical support and maintenance Services shall be provided in accordance with the type of Service and the applicable support or maintenance agreement entered into with the Client.
Technical support may include troubleshooting, technical inquiries, fault resolution, and assistance in accordance with the service levels, support hours, and communication channels specified in the applicable agreement.
Comprehensive technical support and maintenance Services shall not be deemed included in every Project unless expressly stated in the relevant quotation, contract, or agreement.
14. Information Security and Data Protection
The Company is committed to implementing appropriate measures to protect data and information processed within the scope of its Services, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and based on the nature of the Service.
The Client is also responsible for implementing appropriate security measures to protect its accounts, devices, systems, credentials, and access information.

15. Confidentiality

19. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances or events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including, as applicable, natural disasters, interruption of public utilities or services, widespread cybersecurity incidents, governmental decisions or measures, exceptional events, or other circumstances that qualify as force majeure under the applicable laws and regulations.
20. Complaints and Inquiries
Clients may contact the Company to submit inquiries, comments, or complaints relating to the Services or Projects through the Company's official communication channels published on the Website.
The Company will review and address complaints in accordance with their nature, the applicable contractual terms, and the laws and regulations in force.
